Location: Chunabhatti, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Purchase Executive to support day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotation management, purchase orders, and transportation follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and compare quotations from vendors.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate and follow up on transportation and dispatches.
• Track purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and documentation.
• Maintain vendor and purchase-related records.
• Assist the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
• Experience in quotation handling, PO preparation, vendor coordination, and transportation follow-up.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an added advantage.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Work Location:- Chunabhatti, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
