Jr. Purchase Executive

• Assist the Purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain quotation comparison sheets.
• Assist in Purchase Order (PO) preparation and documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
• Maintain purchase-related records and MIS.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Support vendor communication and basic vendor data management.
• Assist in tracking material requirements and purchase status.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting using MS Excel.
• Learn and support the overall procurement process.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
