Description:

1. Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
2. Prepare and monitor project budgets.
3. Track project expenses and identify any variations to the original budget.
4. Help in procuring materials, contractors, and services.
5. Prepare and evaluate tenders and quotations for contracts.
6. Assist in managing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
7. Assist in the preparation of contracts and agreements.
8. Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
9. Maintain proper documentation for contracts, bills, and variations.
10. Track project costs and prepare regular reports for the senior team.
11. Assist in providing financial forecasting and recommendations to ensure project profitability.
12. Help identify and resolve any financial discrepancies.
13. Attend site meetings and conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and costs.
14. Conduct assessments to ensure that materials and work are in line with project specifications.
15. Support senior surveyors in preparing site valuations and measuring works.
