Ayush Ortho is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including doctors, therapists, pharmacists, customer care executives, front office staff, and other healthcare support roles.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters, joining dates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Any degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare recruitment or bulk hiring.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and department heads.
• Target-oriented approach with a sense of urgency in closing vacancies.
