Compensation & Schedule

$4000 per month plus bonuses.

40 hours a week Monday - Saturday (off Sunday and one weekday)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm their needs and recommend vehicle options

• Develop expertise on vehicle models and inventory

• Conduct test drives and explain features of the vehicle (valid driver's license required)

• Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales

• Complete quotes, return calls & emails, and assist with credit applications

• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up

• Prepare sold vehicle prior to customer pick up

• Other duties as assigned
