Jr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and support the company in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and other channels.
• Contact prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and explain the company’s services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential clients.
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team for further discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales / Business Development / Telecalling.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Ability to understand client requirements and explain services clearly.
• Target-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work in a hybrid work environment in Chennai.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
