Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code with a focus on creating code that is easy to read, test, and maintain.
• Design robust, scalable and secure features
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
• Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies and upgrades into design
• Work collaboratively with the team of engineers to build and develop new products and new product functions
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of stack
• Architect, develop, and maintain integrations with third-party APIs to enable data synchronization, feature enhancements, and automation.
• Possess deep technical knowledge and experience in integrating various third-party services and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, marketing tools, CRM systems).
• Ensure that integrations comply with security standards and regulations, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and implement necessary security measures.
• Participation in the Code review to ensure code quality and overall success of the project
• Effectively read, interpret, and analyze various business documents such as reports, proposals, and technical specifications.
• Develop clear, concise, and structured how-to guides for various programs and software applications, catering to different user levels (novice to advanced).
• Write step-by-step instructions, tips, and best practices for using software features, configuring settings, troubleshooting common issues, and optimizing performance.
• Maintain and update existing guides to reflect software updates, new features, and improvements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all documentation materials.

Requirements and skills

• At least 1 year of proven commercial/financial technology software development experience
• Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
• Experience with Ruby, Rails, RSpec, SQL, REST API, ООP, SOLID, Linux;
• Experience working with React, Docker, Postman
• Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party APIs, with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth, and other integration protocols.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
• Experience developing highly interactive applications
• A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
• Good knowledge of relational databases
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in related field
