Jr. Technical Engineer

Position: Jr. Technical Engineer

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma – EEE, ECE or E&I

Location: Perundurai, Erode

Job Responsibilities ;

• Configure and program IoT devices based on customer requirements and site conditions.
• Perform installation, commissioning, testing and configuration of IoT-based devices at customer locations.
• Attend customer sites for new installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and service activities.
• Diagnose hardware, communication, connectivity and configuration-related issues in IoT devices.
• Ensure all installed IoT devices are functioning correctly before completing the site work.
• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls and guide them in resolving basic operational and device-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of all installation, commissioning and service activities.
• Prepare and submit installation reports, service reports, site visit reports and other required technical documentation on time.

Qualification & Requirements :

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in EEE, ECE or E&I.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge can apply.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical wiring, sensors, controllers and IoT devices is preferred.
• Ability to understand wiring diagrams and basic technical documentation.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for handling customer queries and providing technical support.
• Ability to prepare and maintain proper technical and service documentation.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
