- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Average to strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with basic web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience with multimedia and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms is an advantage
