Jr/Sr. Accountant (Chonburi)

Responsibilities

1. Record AP, AR, and GL transactions into the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
2. Prepare invoices for electricity and steam charges for business partners.
3. Prepare receipts/tax invoices for electricity and steam charges, along with supporting documents for payment receipt.
4. Prepare payment vouchers to settle trade payables with relevant suppliers, including supporting payment documents.
5. Prepare input VAT and output VAT reports and submit them to the Revenue Department in accordance with the law.
6. Prepare withholding tax reports and submit them to the Revenue Department in accordance with the law.
7. Prepare withholding tax control account reports.
8. Prepare detailed schedules supporting sub-ledger accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Junior Role 0-3 years of experience in accounting (New graduates are welcome)
• Senior Role 3–6 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP/GL processes and tax regulations.
• Proficient in computer applications and accounting-related software.
• Good personality, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in auditing will be considered an advantage.
