Location: West Hills, CA
We are seeking a warm, engaging teacher to teach Judaic Studies and Hebrew to elementary school students. The ideal candidate can make Jewish traditions, holidays, values, and Hebrew language accessible and enjoyable for children.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach age appropriate Judaic Studies and Hebrew lessons
- Help students develop their Hebrew reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Create a positive, supportive classroom environment
- Collaborate with school staff and communicate with families
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Knowledge of Jewish traditions and holidays
- Experience teaching or working with elementary school children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
