What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet every customer with warmth and high energy. Master our Square POS system to ring up orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Master the Menu: Learn to craft our full line of menu items with speed, accuracy, and beautiful presentation—including smoothies, fresh juices, superfood acai bowls, oatmeals, and savory toasts.
• Precision Food Prep ("Stocking Shifts"): Wash, chop, and prep fresh fruits and vegetables with precision to keep our topping bars and prep station fully stocked.
• Maintain Store Excellence: Work as a team to keep the entire store spotless. Perform daily deep cleaning routines, dishwashing, sanitizing stations, and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Restock & Organize: Assist with receiving inventory, rotating fresh produce, and lifting produce boxes (up to 30–50 lbs).

• Rock-Solid Reliability (Critical): We count on each other! We have a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences. We require 100% punctuality and team members who are committed to showing up for their scheduled shifts without calling off.
• High Energy & Customer-First Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and excited to work in a healthy, vibrant food setting.
• Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn digital tools, specifically our Square POS system.
• Food Safety Standards: Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Card (or be willing to obtain one prior to your first shift) and strictly follow all health code guidelines and grooming standards.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand and move quickly for extended periods, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortably lift up to 30–50 lbs (produce boxes).

Pay & Benefits
