Job Description

Fold Restaurant & Bakery is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Juice Maker to join our beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fresh fruits and other ingredients.
• Maintain freshness and quality of all ingredients.
• Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Keep the juice station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in developing and preparing new seasonal beverages when required.

Pay: BD150.000 - BD250.000 per month
