Jumbo Operator

Barto Gold is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, three active underground mines, two active open pits, with new mines started in 2025 and planned to start in 2026 as part of the companies 5-year plan and a vision to reach 150,000oz/pa by 2028.

This is an exciting time to join the company as we pave the way for future growth. This will be a permanent role on 2 weeks on 2 weeks off roster, BIBO from Perth or DIDO option available.

To thrive in this role, you'll need the following experience:

• At least two years' experience on twin boom Sandvik Jumbos, with the ability to achieve set targets in safety, development metres and cost control.
• Demonstrated awareness of the Work Health and Safety Act demonstrating a commitment to health and safety practices in the workplace.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Current Underground Mine Safety and relevant trade/shot firing tickets (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Working at heights within 5 years.
• Hold a current Dangerous Goods Security Card (desirable).
• Minimum "C" class unencumbered drivers' licence.
