Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new IT infrastructure project requests.

• Establish and maintain a standardized project intake and prioritization process.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and timelines.

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints while proactively developing mitigation strategies.

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Apply project management best practices using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies, depending on project needs.

• Leverage project management tools and reporting to improve project visibility, governance, and execution.

• 프로젝트 일정, 리소스 및 실행 계획 수립

• 프로젝트 리스크, 의존성 및 이슈를 사전에 파악하고 대응 방안 마련

• 여러 개의 프로젝트를 동시에 관리하며 성공적으로 수행

• 프로젝트 진행 상황을 경영진 및 이해관계자에게 정기적으로 보고

• 프로젝트 특성에 따라 Waterfall, Agile 또는 Hybrid 방법론 적용

• 프로젝트 관리 도구를 활용하여 프로젝트 운영 및 가시성 향상

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably supporting IT infrastructure or technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies; PMI certification is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a global environment.
• Experience with ManageEngine PM is preferred.
• Proficiency with collaboration and workflow tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, GitLab, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and information security, is preferred.
