Junior 12d Applications Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Junior 12d Applications Engineer to join our team and help users get the most out of 12d Model, a civil engineering software application.

As a Junior 12d Applications Engineer specializing in 12d Model for Civil Engineering Design and Surveying Software, you will play a crucial role in making sure our software works well. Your tasks will include testing various courses and manuals, working with trainers and support teams, and helping to keep the 12d Model running smoothly

Key responsibilities

1. Review Training Courses.

   • Review internally created training courses to identify possible errors and provide feedback.
   • Assist in the development of courses

2. Provide back-end support for the company’s training platform.

3. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Monitor online enquiries and forward to appropriate contact/department.
   • Participate in internal meetings.

   • Attend and participate in trainings, workshops, and learning sessions provided or required by the Company to support technical development and role-related competencies.

6. Perform other tasks and provide support as assigned by the Manager, including but not limited to SPOT, Client Support, ADAC, and other related operational or technical activities.

About you

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1-3+ year experience in a similar role
• An interest in software applications, technology and supporting users of engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new software and technical concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in the Philippines and Australia.
• Good attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, training or a related role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with 12d Model or other civil engineering software is desirable but not essential.
