Junior Account and Admin Executive

Job descriptions:

• Preparation of Sales invoice according to timeline
• To handle all data entry and ensure its accuracy in financial transactions
• Organize and maintain filing systems for financial documents
• To handle loan accounts for investment holding companies
• To resolve rental discrepancies and liaise closely with agent or tenant
• Preparation of year end audit schedules and liaise with auditor / tax agent.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior from time to time

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Higher Diploma in Accounting
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred especially in a small to medium-sized company
• Proficient in using accounting software such as AutoCount and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
