Junior Account & Admin Executive

About the role

Junior Accounts & Admin Assistant role based in Petaling Utama, Selangor, supporting daily accounting and administrative functions within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and administrative tasks
• Prepare and update invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and basic accounting records
• Assist in data entry, filing, and document organization
• Support monthly expense tracking and simple financial reporting
• Monitor payment collections, supplier invoices, and outstanding documents
• Assist in staff claims, petty cash records, and office expenses
• Handle general office administration such as printing, scanning, filing, and document preparation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when required
• Support ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About you

• SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Willing to learn
• Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into accounting systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Able to work independently
• Candidates who can start work at short notice will have an added advantage
