Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Account Assistant to join our finance department in handling daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts

• Maintain proper accounting records and filing

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing

• Assist with audit, tax, SST, and statutory submissions

• Ensure compliance with internal controls

• Perform other adhoc admin and accounting tasks when required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• 1- 2 years relevant working experience is an added advantage

• Proficient in MSExcel and MSOffice.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

• Available to start immediately

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 3,000/month (based on experience)
