Junior Account Assistant

• Preparation of GSTR1 and GSTR3B and its filing

1. Files preparation of GSTR1 and GSTR3B

2. GSTR 1 to be filed on or before 10th of every month

3. GSTR3B to be filed on or before 20th of every month

4. GSTR3B should be verified with 2A report

• TDS data preparation and payment

1. Preparation of excel file with pan number

2. Payment should be made on or before 7th

• TDS quarterly return filing

1. Preparation of excel file with all relevant details

2. File the quarterly return on or before 15th of ensuing quarter

• Deal with statutory officials (GST, TDS & Sale Tax)

1. Visit the offices of such officials for executing the statutory requirements

2. Ensure no deviation from the statute

3. Attending hearing if required for any litigation pertaining to this

• Liaison work with auditors

1. Provide the necessary documents and reports on time to the auditors

2. Assist them during the audit process to complete it on time successfully

• E-way bill monitoring

1. Check all the branch-wise transactions and case tallying with e-way bill

2. This needs to be done on a daily basis
