Junior Account

We are currently seeking a Accounts Executive to join our expanding team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Financial Accounting

• Assist to prepare and maintain full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
• Assist and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in accounting system (e.g., AutoCount or similar).
• Assist manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.

B. Accounts Payable (AP)

• Assist to verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
• Assist prepare payment vouchers and schedule supplier payments.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Ensure proper GST/SST treatment (if applicable).

C. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Assist to Issue invoices, debit/credit notes, and official receipts.

• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.

• Assis to prepare monthly AR aging report and escalate long-overdue accounts.

• Handling stock inventory and movement of stock

D. Financial Reporting

• Assist to prepare monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist in year-end audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
• Support management in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.

E. Compliance & Control

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Assist in implementing and reviewing accounting policies and internal controls.

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of financial information.

Qualification & experience

• At least 1 year working experience required, fresh grad are welcome
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an added advantage since need to communicate with Supplier from China
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Being able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Auto-count System will be an added advantage.
• Office hours Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
