JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

• Handle petty cash transfers, verify with site supervisors on petty cash usage, balance available, and upcoming claim.
• Ensure petty cash disbursement follows company policy and approval limits.
• Verify authenticity and completeness of receipts submitted by site supervisors and cross-check receipts against claimed amounts before processing reimbursement.
• Record all petty cash transactions into the accounting software.
• Verify site invoices, primarily related to Motor vehicle repair and maintenance, Backhoe/machinery rental, Other site operational expenses.

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or similar).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Numerical accuracy and reconciliation.
• Organized recordkeeping and document management.
• Basic accounting principles.
