Junior Account Executive

About the role

This is a Junior Account Executive position based in Kepong. You will assist the finance team with accounts payable and receivable, data entry, filing and documentation, and general bookkeeping support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily vendor invoices, billing, and tracking customer payments
• Accurately key in daily financial transactions and ledger entries into the accounting system
• Maintain a systematic and organized system for physical and digital filing of invoices, receipts, and financial statements
• Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and routine administrative tasks

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organized and meticulous
• Strong numerical aptitude
• Previous internships or practical accounting experience is an added advantage
