RB Health Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for driven, goal-oriented individuals to join us as a Junior Account Executive. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to develop client relations, sales, and account management skills while working alongside an experienced team.

No previous account executive experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to develop into a successful member of our team.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate health coverage solutions
• Educate clients on available health coverage products and services
• Assist clients throughout the sales, enrollment, and decision-making process
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
• Meet individual and team performance goals
