S & A Bintang Sdn. Bhd., also known by the brand "DoctoAircond", is a company specializing in air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation services for residential and commercial buildings. Established on August 29, 2013, the company is headquartered at Jalan Perindustrian Suntrack, Seksyen 13, Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. Today, DoctoAircond has grown into a successful company with over 300 employees nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices, as well as perform data entry for accounting transactions.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and month-end account closing.
• Assist with SST compliance, e-Invoice processing, and financial documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
