Junior Account Executive

Palladian Communication Specialists, a Communication and Public Relations Agency is looking for a Junior Account Executive to:

• Monitor the client’s publicity via News platforms and portals, prepare daily publicity reports and keep clients updated.
• Prepare basic Press-Release material, articles and produce original content to be handed out to targeted Media outlets, in collaboration with the Account Manager.
• Answer clients’ requests, assist in developing the Client’s Communications’ strategy, deliver info and prepare basic templates for proposals in collaboration with the Account Manager.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and in the implementation of events and/ or activations when needed.
• Support the Office by handling office calls and e-mails, receiving office appointments, providing administrative support when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

• University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or relative fields
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position at PR agencies or Communications department
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English (oral and written)
• Excellent use of Microsoft programs (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, Outlook)

The company offers a remuneration package based on qualifications, training and development prospects in a pleasant and dynamic work environment. The proposed salary is gross including taxes and social security contributions.
