Junior Account Executive

Assist with daily accounting operations related to US logistics and transportation.Prepare and process customer invoices and carrier bills.Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.Verify carrier invoices against load details and supporting documents.Handle carrier settlements and assist with payment processing.Perform bank and account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.Follow up on outstanding customer and carrier payments.Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Carrier teams to resolve billing and payment issues.Maintain accurate customer, carrier, invoice, and payment records.Assist in preparing financial reports and account summaries.Support month-end closing and ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

Basic to good understanding of accounting principles.Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
