AIG Enterprises is expanding our Tampa-based Health & Life Insurance Sales team and looking for driven individuals to join us as Junior Account Executives.

This position is designed for individuals who enjoy working toward goals, building relationships, and developing sales experience in a supportive, high-energy environment.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide professional training and ongoing coaching to help motivated individuals learn the business and improve their performance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective health and life insurance customers.
• Develop an understanding of insurance products and available coverage options.
• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and interests.
• Deliver professional product presentations when appropriately licensed.
• Support insurance sales and account development activities.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in coaching, professional development, and product training.
