What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Sales: Prospect target accounts, pitch specialist recruitment solutions, and close commercial terms directly with decision-makers.
• Account Building: Retain and scale the clients you win, driving account expansion, and recurring revenue.
• Strategic Growth: Advance along our 13-step path toward Account Management, Senior Leadership, and Equity Partnership.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of post-graduate experience, including 9+ months in a target-driven B2B sales role (Business Sales Consultant, Junior Account Executive, Lead Generator, or similar roles)
• Proven success in outbound outreach and pipeline generation.
• A hunger to progress quickly and take ownership of your own results.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa, willing to be based full time in our Dublin City Centre office
