Junior Account Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of client accounts. You’ll work closely with the senior account managers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery, maintain accurate CRM records, and support account planning and identify growth opportunities.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Build strong client relationships by monitoring satisfaction and resolving issues timely
• Support senior Account Managers in servicing larger, strategic clients.
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts and maintain accurate CRM records
• Participate in internal account reviews and planning meetings
• Conducting market and competitor research to support account planning

Qualification

• ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• ​1-2 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, account management or customer service role
• ​Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ​Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
• ​Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
• ​Strong interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• ​Energetic, results-focused, and able to thrive independently
• ​Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
