About the Role
We are a specialized business consulting firm focused on liquidity management, corporate treasury, cash flow optimization, working capital, and financial advisory. Our Atlanta team is growing, and we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our client relationships and consulting projects across the region.
This is a client-facing role at the intersection of financial consulting and account management. You will work alongside senior consultants and treasury advisors, serving industrial companies, commercial enterprises, financial institutions, and investment funds. If you are early in your career and eager to build deep expertise in liquidity management while developing strong client relationship skills, this position offers a structured path forward.
You will report to a Senior Account Manager and collaborate daily with teams in Financial Consulting, Treasury Advisory, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.
What You'll Do
Client Portfolio Assistance
Partner with the Senior Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of domestic and international clients. Handle day-to-day operational tasks, administrative coordination, and routine reporting to keep accounts running smoothly.
Client Communication & Support
Act as the initial point of contact for client inquiries related to our liquidity management services — including cash forecasting, working capital optimization, cash flow management, and treasury operations. Ensure every response is prompt, professional, and accurate.
Consulting Project Collaboration
Work with senior consultants to gather and analyze client financial data. Help prepare reports, executive-level presentations, and commercial proposals. Track project milestones and flag any issues that need attention.
Client Onboarding
Guide new clients through the early stages of our relationship. Provide clear information about our services, collect required documentation, and help coordinate a smooth project kickoff.
Reporting & Analysis
Produce regular reports covering portfolio performance, project KPIs, liquidity metrics, and client satisfaction. Use CRM platforms and advanced spreadsheet tools to compile and present data.
Target Contribution
Support the team in meeting retention goals, customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets, upselling objectives, and overall portfolio growth.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related discipline.
0–2 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, commercial support, administrative coordination, or analytical roles. Relevant internship experience in consulting, corporate finance, treasury, or private banking is highly valued.
Exposure to consulting firms, professional services, banking, fintech, treasury departments, or financial sector organizations is a plus.
Technical Skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial data work and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to produce professional documents — reports, presentations, and client proposals.
Basic understanding of liquidity management concepts (cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships) is a strong advantage.
Languages
Proficiency in additional languages is highly welcomed and will be considered a valuable asset. Our firm serves international clients and operates with global consulting methodologies, so the ability to communicate in languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German will support your work with cross-border clients and international projects. English fluency is required for all internal and client-facing communication.
Soft Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
Proactive and intellectually curious, with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Effective problem-solver who can translate complex client needs into actionable steps.
Collaborative team player who adapts well to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support long-term growth.
Base Salary: $4,100 – $5,200 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Performance Bonus: Annual MBO bonus of up to 15%, tied to individual and team results.
Health & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
Retirement: 401(k) plan with employer contributions.
Time Off: Paid time off and company holidays.
Commuter Support: Parking allowance, transit reimbursement, or commuter benefits.
Work-Life Balance: Hybrid schedule with flexible hours and a collaborative, digitally enabled work environment.
Professional Development: Structured onboarding, mentorship from a senior colleague, access to training platforms covering financial consulting, liquidity management, corporate treasury, and soft skills. Individual training budget and support for certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or courses in cash management and working capital.
Workplace Perks: Modern office space in Atlanta's business district with coworking areas, relaxation spaces, periodic team-building events, wellness program, gym discounts, and a culture built on transparency, meritocracy, and mutual support.
Career Growth: Clear advancement opportunities toward Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Team Lead roles.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Atlanta is a vibrant hub for business and finance — and we are proud to be part of it.
Equal Opportunity Employer.
