About the Opportunity
We are a boutique business consulting firm specializing in liquidity management, corporate treasury, cash flow optimization, working capital, and financial advisory. Our Denver office is expanding, and we are seeking a Junior Account Manager to play a key role in supporting our client relationships and consulting initiatives across the region.
This position sits at the intersection of financial consulting and account management. You will work closely with senior consultants and treasury advisors, serving a diverse client base that includes industrial corporations, commercial enterprises, financial institutions, and investment funds. If you are at the beginning of your career and eager to develop deep expertise in liquidity management while honing strong client relationship skills, this role provides a structured and supportive path forward.
You will report directly to a Senior Account Manager and collaborate daily with teams across Financial Consulting, Treasury Advisory, Compliance, Data Analytics, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Client Portfolio
Work alongside the Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of domestic and international clients. Take charge of day-to-day operational tasks, administrative coordination, and routine reporting to ensure accounts run smoothly.
Client Communication & Service
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding our liquidity management services — including cash forecasting, working capital optimization, cash flow management, and treasury operations. Ensure every response is timely, professional, and accurate.
Contributing to Consulting Projects
Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client financial data. Assist in preparing reports, executive-level presentations, and commercial proposals. Monitor project milestones and escalate any issues that require attention.
Onboarding New Clients
Guide new clients through the early stages of our relationship. Provide clear information about our services, collect necessary documentation, and help coordinate a seamless project kickoff.
Reporting & Analysis
Produce regular reports covering portfolio performance, project KPIs, liquidity metrics, and client satisfaction. Leverage CRM platforms and advanced spreadsheet tools to compile and present data.
Contributing to Team Targets
Support the team in achieving retention goals, customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets, upselling objectives, and overall portfolio growth.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Political Science, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, commercial support, administrative coordination, or analytical roles. Relevant internship experience in consulting, corporate finance, treasury, or private banking is highly valued.
Exposure to consulting firms, professional services, banking, fintech, treasury departments, or financial sector organizations is beneficial.
Technical Competencies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to produce professional documents — reports, presentations, and client proposals.
Basic understanding of liquidity management concepts (cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking relationships) is a strong advantage.
Language Skills
Proficiency in additional languages is highly welcomed and will be considered a valuable asset. Our firm serves international clients and operates with global consulting methodologies, so the ability to communicate in languages such as Italian, Spanish, French, or German will support your work with cross-border clients and international projects. English fluency is required for all internal and client-facing communication.
Personal Attributes
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and empathy.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proactive and intellectually curious, with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Effective problem-solver who can translate complex client needs into actionable steps.
Collaborative team player who adapts well to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Denver is a thriving hub for business and finance — and we are proud to be part of it.
