🚀 What You'll Do (The Mission)

You will own and nurture key mall partner relationships from day one! As our account scout and relationship manager, you will maintain strong ties with mall administration teams, negotiate lease extensions and promotional spaces, and ensure seamless daily alignment between mall management and our branch ops. On the commercial side, you will track store performance metrics, analyze tenant foot traffic, evaluate lease profitability, and pitch expansion proposals directly to mall leasing teams and executive leadership.

🎯 Qualifications

• Fresh degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Active in student orgs or completed a meaningful internship.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic tools like Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills—confident in building rapport, handling negotiations, and pitching to corporate mall managers.
• Confident pitching ideas to mall admins and talking to parents.
• Willing to travel locally to different sites and locations.
