Junior National Account Manager

London - Hybrid | Circa £40,000 to £45,000

We’re recruiting a Junior National Account Manager for a beauty and personal care business in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a National Account Executive or Business Development Manager looking to step into national account management, or a Junior National Account Manager ready for their next move.

You’ll help grow relationships with major retailers and grocers, with relevant account experience including Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots and Superdrug.

The role

• Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts.

• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing customers.

• Support account plans, promotional activity and new product launches.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and retailer reports.

• Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to support product availability and account growth.

• Support commercial negotiations, range reviews and retailer meetings.

About you

• Experience in account management, national accounts or business development within beauty, personal care or wider FMCG.

• Ideally, experience supporting or managing major retail or grocery accounts.

• Strong relationship building, communication and analytical skills.

• Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales figures and Excel.

• A proactive approach and the ambition to develop your career in national accounts.

Based in London, with a salary of circa £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.
