Junior Account Manager - (Dayshift / Remote)

About the role

This role is responsible for managing client accounts and supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel PR campaigns and programs, ensuring that deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, budgets, and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Review PR headlines and content prior to client release
• Coordinate closely with the PR team to monitor campaign and story progress
• Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of PR campaigns
• Oversee the planning, production, deployment, and post-campaign assessment of PR kit seedings
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams on PR kits and other logistical requirements
• Oversee the planning, production, execution, and post-event assessment of PR events
• Coordinate with PR teams and third-party suppliers
• Assist in costing, supplier negotiations, and contracts
• Review KOL lists and activation plans
• Monitor campaign budgets and assess the effectiveness of KOL activations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Public Relations or Advertising
• Experience in PR campaigns, events, KOL/influencer activations, or client/account management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace/Apps, and Canva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong client service and media relations skills
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to guide or train junior team members
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative and diverse environment
