Junior Account Officer

We are looking for a Junior Account Officer to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and strengthening customer relationships across online sales platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. This role involves assisting with lead generation, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

The position also includes planning monthly product promotions, monitoring platform performance, and preparing monthly sales reports. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to e-commerce sales, platform management, and business development, while working closely with senior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business goals across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Generate leads and respond to customer inquiries via e-commerce platforms, social media, and other sales channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and platform performance reports.
• Plan, coordinate, and help implement monthly product promotions and platform-specific campaigns.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and performance reports for management review.
• Support senior sales team members in daily sales operations, client coordination, and platform management.
• Monitor basic sales trends, promotions, and customer feedback across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with digital campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Some experience in sales, customer service, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of sales processes, online selling, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, organize, and report sales data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn from senior sales team members.
• Can start ASAP.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting, promotional planning, and platform dashboards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
