FTL Consultants is hiring a Junior Account Representative to assist with client acquisition, account support, and relationship management at our Fort Lauderdale office.

This is an entry-level position with structured training and hands-on coaching. You'll learn how to communicate with clients, understand their needs, assist with account services, and support the continued growth of our client base.

We’re looking for individuals who are ambitious, coachable, and interested in building valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with new and existing clients
• Assist clients with questions and account-related needs
• Conduct consultations and follow-up conversations
• Support new client acquisition
• Maintain professional client relationships
• Learn company products, services, and processes
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Work toward established performance goals

This is an in-office position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay: $123,000.00 - $139,000.00 per year
