Central Consulting Group is expanding our Health & Life Insurance Sales team in Tampa and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Junior Account Representatives.

This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in customer relations, sales development, and account support while working alongside knowledgeable team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish professional relationships with prospective insurance customers.
• Develop knowledge of available health and life insurance products.
• Assist with customer account inquiries and follow-up communication.
• Support customer acquisition and sales development initiatives.
• Identify customer interests through professional conversations.
• Participate in product presentations when appropriately licensed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and account records.
• Work toward individual and team goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and coaching.
