Junior Account Representative

Motus Marketing partners with well-known brands to bring their products and services directly to customers through in-person sales and promotional campaigns. Our team works inside partnered retail locations, helping customers discover solutions ranging from wireless and technology services to home and lifestyle products.

About the Role

In this role, you'll represent our clients and work directly with customers to introduce a variety of products and services, answer questions, and generate interest. We're seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our growing team. This hands-on, on-site position offers valuable experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation.

Responsibilities as a Junior Account Representative:

• Execute promotional campaigns that increase customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively promoting products and services
• Engage in direct, face-to-face interactions with customers to generate sales
• Participate in product training sessions and confidently communicate key product information
• Identify new sales opportunities and consistently work to meet or exceed performance goals

Qualifications for a Junior Account Representative:

• Preferred but not required: experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing priorities effectively
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
• Dependable, adaptable, and results-driven
