SUMMARY: Junior Account Support Professional Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

POSITION INFO: Junior Account Support Professional Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day accounting and financial administrative support to the Finance function. Assist with processing and reconciliation of debtors and creditors. Manage Petty Cash and perform daily cashbook processing. Assist with month-end financial reconciliations and other accounting duties. Maintain accurate records and information related to Trust and Brokerage processes. Address finance-related queries and perform other accounting duties as required. Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 essential. Relevant qualification in Accounting or Financial Management advantageous. 2 years' experience in an Accounting or Financial Administration role required. Basic knowledge of debtors, creditors, and financial reconciliations required. Experience with financial systems and Excel skills preferred. Key Skills: Numerical and reconciliation skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good planning, organising, and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
