What they need
- Process supplier and customer invoices; verify against purchase orders/delivery notes
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
- prepare salaries and salary report
- Support month-end closing, basic financial reporting, and documentation
- Handle day-to-day admin tasks: filing, correspondence, office coordination, and support for the wider team
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (fresh graduates with strong practical training will also be considered)
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and/or QuickBooks/Odoo
- Comfortable splitting time between accounting tasks and general admin support
- Based in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi, with a manageable commute to Mussafah Industrial Area
- Candidates on a visit visa or within their grace period preferred
- Available to join immediately
