Junior Accountant

Role & responsibilities

Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Perform data entry and maintain accounting software records.

Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

02 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bookkeeping practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, or similar ERP systems.

Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
