Junior Accountant

Accounts Executive:-

A detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executives managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, and support in maintaining accurate books of accounts. They will ensure proper accounting entries, timely reconciliation, and compliance with internal financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP and billing software.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Monitor expenses and support budget tracking and cost control.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment-related queries.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports, MIS reports, and account summaries as required.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of accounting data.
• Prepare and maintain bank stalk statements.
• Generate and manage E-Way Bills.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and statutory records.
