Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Executive Accounts to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, good knowledge of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions sales, purchases, receipts, payments & journal entries
  • Generate sales invoices, delivery challans & debit/credit notes
  • Maintain bank books and assist with bank reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Track expenses and maintain expense records
  • Maintain stock/inventory records and assist in reconciliation
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & cash flow updates
  • Track vendor & customer balances and perform periodic reconciliations
  • Support GST, TDS, audit & statutory documentation
  • Assist with E-way bills, banking activities and ERP data management

Required Skills

Basic accounting concepts & principles
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
Basic understanding of banking, E-way bills & compliance documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
