Junior Accountant

Job Title: Jr. Accountant

Location: Swargate, Pune

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM / 1:00PM 10:00PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and excellent MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Bills Receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Process Bills Payable and coordinate timely vendor payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
• Record accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for financial and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 14 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the FMCG, Dairy, or Manufacturing industry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
