Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily AP/AR transactions, invoice processing, and payment preparation
• Verify staff & medical claims and supporting materials
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Maintain Full-set Accounting for month‑end closing, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and compliance with company policies
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Assist in changing to cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Peachtree)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting or billing issues
• basic AI tools for data validation, document extraction, and workflow automation

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance, or equivalent experience
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and English
• Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proven experience in SME or startups will be highly preferred
• More experience can also consider as Senior Accountant
• Able to utilize AI to streamline the accounting function will be great asset

• Working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 10:00 - 18:00 (Flexible Hours)
• With Work from home policy
