ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of a law firm, our accounting team does more than keep the books we help SME clients stay compliant with both tax and business law. You will work closely with our legal professionals, so a solid understanding of the legal side of accounting is essential to this role and a genuine advantage in your career here.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record daily transactions, maintain journals and ledgers, and prepare trial balances for SME clients

• Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (PND.1, 3, 53, PP.30, PND.50/51) and social security submissions

• Reconcile bank, AR and AP accounts, and close monthly and annual financial statements

• Provide clients with clear, accurate tax guidance (withholding tax, VAT, tax privileges)

• Advise on business-law matters connected to accounting company registration, changes to company records, and documentation for transactions in coordination with our legal team

• Ensure accounting and legal documents comply with the Revenue Code, the Accounting Act and related regulations

• Liaise with the Revenue Department, the Department of Business Development (DBD) and other authorities

• Keep records complete and audit-ready

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (this field only)

• 0–2 years of experience; new graduates are welcome

• Solid grounding in Thai tax and a genuine interest in business law since we operate as a law firm, legal awareness is highly valued and considered a strong advantage

• Proficient with accounting software (e.g. Express, PEAK, FlowAccount) and Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented, responsible and a fast learner

• Strong client-communication skills and a service mindset

• Registered bookkeeper (CPD) or currently preparing for professional exams is a plus
