Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing salary files with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
• Help oversee phone bill payments and fee collections.
• Assist in managing expenses and ensure proper documentation.
• Aid in ensuring timely payment uploads and administering PF and ESI payments.
• Support GST filing processes and generating tax invoices.
• Assist in conducting Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of tax laws, TDS, GST compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus but not required.
• Holding an MBA degree with a specialization in finance will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
