Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
- Assist in GST working, GST return preparation, and data collection.
- Assist in TDS working and maintaining TDS records.
- Maintain vendor invoices, supporting documents, and file management.
- Prepare basic Excel reports (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).
- Coordinate with internal teams for required accounting information.
Support the senior accountant in month-end closing activities
