Role & responsibilities

GurZac Biz Solutions provides End to End HR Consulting Services & Solutions to Organizations in Pan India.

We are hiring for Junior Executive - Accounts for our renowned client into Offshore & Marine Engineering business.

The responsibilities for the Junior Executive - Accounts are

• Maintain accurate financial records and entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Assist in GST calculations and basic tax compliance.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions.
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must be B.Com with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Candidate must have good working knowledge of Tally.
• Candidates available for early joining would be preferred.
